About this Cook
Looking forward to attending culinary school and getting my degree in culinary arts within the next year.
My favorite things to cook
I love baking and desserts, cookies, cakes, pies, candy but i also like making breads and dips, artichoke spinach dip is sort of an obsession. And I like chicken
My favorite family cooking traditions
Chistmas Fudge!
My cooking tragedies
I have made a million and one mistakes... Caramel sauce clumped...put too many sticks of cinnamon in apple cider... not enough flour.....too much flour....forgot the flour

Pumpkin Spice Latte
I have found using canned pumpkin in any drinks makes for bad results. Pop in to your local BevMo or other shop that will have torani pumpkin spice syrup, or any other brand pumpkin spice syrup, heck get other flavors too... its way better than this, and way better than the starbucks PSL.

Hot Artichoke and Spinach Dip II
This is the only one I've tried but it was really good. I wanted to recreate the hot spinach and artichoke dip from Ruby Tuesday, and I realize it is impossible to copy it exactly, I am happy with this. I made it a few months ago but I remember putting more cheese in it. I also didn't have romano cheese
