Grandma's Gingersnap Cookies
These were very good. I made them for a friends party and she and her guests loved them! They were all gone by the end of the party. These are not like your typical molasses cookie. Not gooey but crunchy. They are a nice cookie. Good to make and wrap up as gifts.

Delicious Peanut Butter Cookies
This is one of the best peanut butter cookie recipes that I use. I used butter for sure. I usually shy away from shortening. They are soft in the middle and have a nice crunch on the outside of them. I also melted some chocolate chips and dipped half of the cookie in the melted chocolate. Delish! It was a real crowd pleaser. Lastly instead of using a fork to press them down I used to pointy side of a meat tenderizer and I rolled the balls of dough in sugar before pressing.

Peanut Butter Bars I
omg! you would not believe the women that are hounding me for this recipe! It is too good. I make it for all the knit nights I go too or if I host a party. They're such a hit and it is easy. If you have a stand mixer it is nothing to make this recipe.
