Yummy Honey Chicken Kabobs

Really great Marinade! I also added 1/2 tsp of ginger to spice it up a little more. Also I used only 4 chicken breast so if you are making 8 I'd suggest doubling the marinade.

So good and smelled WONDERFUL!! Followed others suggestions and froze the chocolate chips first. Otherwise followed directions as stated. So good right out of the bread machine but by the next day is was a little dry already so eat it right away...it's not hard!

Light Oat Bread

Very good recipe, I prefer whole wheat bread so I modified a little, did not use any all-purpose flour, instead used 1 1/2 cup bread flour and 1 1/2 cup whole wheat flour. And then baked in my bread machine on Whole wheat setting. Turned out really good very flavorful and moist.

Banana Nut Bread II

Very good! I followed the recipe for the most part, but made the following changes: did not add nuts (my husband doesn't like them), I used 3 bananas which ended up being more than what the recipe called for but I wanted more banana flavor. And lastly I did not premix. I did have to open after the first mixing cycle and scrap the edges a bit though. Also I don't have a "cake" setting on my bread machine so I used the "sweet bread" setting, the only thing with that is I had to bake for 10 more mins. as it wasn't quite done in the middle. So over all great recipe!! Will definitely make again.

Honey Whole Wheat Bread

So good!! Followed the recipe as stated with the exception of: add 1 tsp. salt and a little extra honey as recommended by other reviewers. It is a great bread, I will be making again and again!!

Cashew Chicken with Water Chestnuts

Loved it!! I did everything the same except omitted the green peppers (I'm not a fan of them) and instead added some chopped cabbage. My husband also loved it!! I've made a lot of stir fries before but this was by far our favorite!

Spicy Lime Grilled Shrimp

Good recipe however mine turned out WAY to salty. I used Tony Chachere's for my cajun seasoning, I'm sure it all depends on what cajun you use. I'll make again because it was very good, next time I'll just use maybe 1TBS of cajun seasoning.

Slow Cooker Pork Chops and Rice

I loved this recipe. Lots of flavor. I gave it only 4 stars b/c I did make some changes after reaing some of the other reviews. I made it in the oven instead of the slow cooker to avoid the mushy rice. Followed the recipe exept put in a 9X13 pan and covered. Baked at 400 for 1 hour. Also I seasoned the pork chops to add a little extra flavor to them. It turned out GREAT!

Baked Chicken Nuggets

My nuggets turned out SO yummy! The one change I made was I took so of the other reviewers advice and soak the meat in milk with a little vinegar instead of the butter. I also used Pheasant meat instead of chicken and it tasted GREAT!!

Candied Carrots

I loved this recipe! I did make a couple changes. I added a dash of both nutmeg and cinnamon. Also once I added the carrots back into the sauce mixture turned up the heat to reduce and thicken the sauce. Turned out fantastic!!
