Baby Back Barbecue Ribs

Made these today! Used pork ribs and also used rub we bought at a National Rib Cook Off. I let set in frig for 2 hours. Put 1/4 c. apple juice instead of water and then cooked for one hour. Next day, hubby pulled out the offset smoker. He used coals and a little mesquite on the bottom and limbs off our peach tree for the top part and smoked for two hours. The last hour he spread on Sweet Baby Rays BBQ sauce. It was outstanding. He wanted me to say t was 1/4-3/8" pull back. About 3/16" smoke ring.

Parmesan Crusted Chicken

It was really good. I used 2 pounded out to make thinner breasts and just eyeballed the amount of ingredients to use. Next time I will use a gravy or sauce to put on them. My hubby thought using cream of chicken (or mushroom) soup and add lemon juice to the soup would be nice and fast. That's kinda of a staple in his family (Greek) for dolmades. I probably used about 1/4 cup parmesan tho. I also added garlic powder to the mayo/cheese mix. Used paper plates, for the mayo mix on one and crumbs on other (can throw away those those plates instead of washing them).

Tasty Green Bean Casserole

Love it! I was looking all over for a variation of the basic recipe. And I found it the night before I did change it for my tastes. I used 32 oz of frozen green beans (partially cooked until all warm, drained). 1-1/2 cans cream of mushroom, eyeballed the milk that looked like a slightly thick gravy. I didn't have red bell pepper, so just used 1/2 of large onion. I didn't use soy sauce, however, used 1-2 tsps of dry mustard (Note dry mustard is not wet mustard. They are two different animals), garlic powder to taste and two shakes of worcestershire sauce and black pepper to taste. I also didn't use butter and cheese. I didn't think it needed butter and the sauce tasted great without it. Everyone loved it!

Slow Cooked Corned Beef for Sandwiches

Perfect! I also used 1 can of chicken broth to cover the meat. I didn't have whole garlic, so I used 2 tbsp of minced garlic that I bought in bulk. I cut the potatoes into thirds and put the baby carrots and the potatoes 3 hours before the beef was done, and they turned out perfect! Thank you for the recipe and thank everyone on their reviews. It helps a lot!
