I think this ends up being more like a quiche than a chicken pie - I thought it would have something like a bisquit top, but the egg and bisquit mix mixes with the cheese and surrounds the broccoli and chicken. The end result is that the filling stays soft. And I cooked this in too deep a pan, so it was somewhat watery. I'll try it again in a real pie pan, and maybe try to get some of the water out of the broccoli.

Mary's Meatloaf

Wonderful! Moist, good flavor, great topping. I cooked it on a rack instead of in a loaf pan, and used whole grain bread. I'm glad I have leftovers for sandwiches :)

Rosemary Roasted Pork Tenderloin

I made it exactly as written, and it was great. I'm going to try cutting back on the fresh rosemary next time and see if the other flavors stand out a little more.
