Sour Cream Turkey Enchiladas

Reviewed: Dec. 28, 2010
This is fantastic. Just the right amount of moisture. I read the reviews that said it was bland, and added about 1/2 tsp chili flakes, but that made it a bit too hot. Next time I'll use 1/4 tsp chili flakes. Also, I used about 2 tbsp of flour instead of 1 tbsp. The sour cream is a lovely contrast to the spiciness of the sauce.

Blonde Brownies I

Reviewed: Jul. 17, 2010
Full marks for this recipe. The first time I made these, I didn't bake them long enough. But I gave the jumbled mess a quick zap in the microwave, and they were wonderful. The second time, I left the pan in the oven until the edges of the brownies were quite dark, and it turned out perfectly. This is less work than making cookies, and I like these far better than a chocolate brownie.

Lite Carrot Cake

Reviewed: May 11, 2010
Incredible! I used regular white flour instead of cake flour. This cake is really moist even though there is so little oil in it. My husband loves it without any icing. Thanks for this wonderful, more healthy version of a classic dessert/

Crispy Gingersnaps

Reviewed: May 1, 2010
These hardly need any more accolades, but I just have to put in my two cents' worth. A perfect 5. I flattened these before baking. The first batch was not very dark and are a bit chewy. The second batch turned out quite a bit darker and crispy. Either way, absolutely fabulous. Just the right amount of spice. THANK YOU!!!

Linda's Awesome Brownies

Reviewed: Apr. 6, 2010
I loved this recipe! I disagree with those who've said it's not sweet enough. Next time, I will use 6 squares of chocolate instead of 4 to make it a bit more chocolatey. Thanks for posting this, Linda.

Best Ever Chocolate Chip Cookies III

Reviewed: Feb. 16, 2010
Perfect. These could be served without shame to the Royal Family. I flattened them with a wet spoon before baking. These took exactly 11 minutes to bake. They're like a shortbread cookie with chocolate chips. Very different from all my other chocolate chip cookie recipes because they don't have brown sugar. Thanks for sharing.
