Banana Muffins II

Reviewed: Nov. 17, 2009
used some cinnamon and cloves, just under 1/2 cup sugar, 1/2 whole wheat flour. I also put some peanut butter cream cheese frosting blobs I had left over from a cake in the center.. kind of made a hole in the center, but it spread the peanut butter flavor throughout the entire muffin. So.... so good.

Mocha Coffee

Reviewed: Oct. 26, 2009
Not bad. Could use some adjusting. Then again, my review doesn't count because I'm not the biggest "mocha" fan to begin with. Ha !

Lacy Oatmeal Cookies

Reviewed: Sep. 21, 2009
pretty good. i used 1/2 cup of sugar (half of the half was brown sugar, the other white). i added in about a 1/4 cup of coconut flakes....cause i love em. ha ! was very good. though...i found the first batch i made impossible to peel off the parchment paper because they were too big. the following were smaller and very easy to peel off... so... be sure they're small.

Baked Tofu Bites

Reviewed: Jul. 13, 2009
oh my ! incredible. I marinated it just for half an hour, saved the marinade that wasn't soaked up, and when the tofu was through baking, I poured some of the left over marinade over top of it (along with my cooked zucchini and onions). I halfed the soy sauce, and used less maple syrup. I didn't use hot sauce (not a fan), nor sesame seeds (didn't have on hand). Personally, I thought this was very easy to prepare, and even easier to eat : )

Cool Whipped Frosting

Reviewed: Jul. 4, 2009
Delicious ! I had left home to get the ingredients, and came back to pull up the recipe, and the website wouldn't load for me all day ! But the fact that I had just glanced at the directions and remembered how to make it makes this recipe that much more incredible (so easy!). Delicious ! I used lite whipped cream. I doubled everything except the milk because I had a stacked White cake. Topped with strawberries and blueberries :)

Superb ! I used less mayo. Just about 3/4 or less of a cup. Soo easy and wonderful tasting. Dipped carrots, cucumbers, broccoli, and italian bread in it. Big hit with guests.

I also added in some cinnamon while frying in the pan (excluded the garlic). I am in love with frying veggies, so this was perfect.

Cake Balls

Reviewed: Jun. 28, 2009
Great recipe, I just need to figure out how to dip into the chocolate better ! I was never any good at that. But the taste was incredible ! I used red velvet cake mix, cream cheese frosting, and "tried" to dip into white chocolate. I was going to take this to a potluck, but they're very messy looking :P

Pizza Dough I

Reviewed: Jun. 25, 2009
Though I did not follow this recipe exactly (therefore it is not actually This recipe). I did use all the ingredients, but I let the yeast set in the water until it started to bubble (about 10 or so minutes). Mixed the wet ingredients. Mixed herbs into the flour. Then poured wet into dry. I kneaded it. Then transferred into an olive oiled boil, covered, let rise for about 30 minutes. Baked for about 5 minutes on its own, then put the toppings on. It really was an incredible crust !

Black Magic Cake

Reviewed: Apr. 27, 2009
This cake was perfect. It was moist, yet still contained the cake-like texture when you chew it. I made it for my moms birthday and there was none left over by the end of the evening (with just a few family & friends to eat it!). My dad has already requested I make this cake for his birthday. I used a cream cheese frosting on each cake layer, and crumbled oreo cookies between the layers, and on top. I'll try a hazelnut frosting next time.

Puppy Chow

Reviewed: Mar. 28, 2009
i needed to make something sweet for a party last night and i kept thinking back to when i was younger, i used to eat this. so i found this recipe. the other recipes on the website call for too much butter, etc.. i thought the amount of ingredients in this was perfect. if it were done with any more, it would have been too intense and too sweet. i loved not using any butter ! needless to say, i came home with an empty container.
