I live in Virginia. I'm getting my Associates Degree in Culinary Arts. Going to school for cooking has definitely given me a new respect for all of those involved in the food industry. It's also taught me that I do not want to be a chef like I originally intended. But ! I am learning an incredible amount of information so I am completing this degree. When I'm not in school or working my job (as a receptionist for a local business), I play and record music, spend time with my incredible family, hike, camp, anything outdoors... I remain happy with a loving surrounding. Cakes. I love.... baking cakes. I like that we have a cookout for almost every holiday in existence. I've had the same Christmas breakfast for the past 10 years and see no change in the near future. Home made spinach pasta. It literally took all day to make. Cake balls. They tasted good, sure, but their presentation was awful. I think in general I fail at dipping things into chocolate.
