Pecan Sweet Potato Casserole
Always gets raves at Thanksgiving. Would be a great dessert any time of year or side dish. I did add some pumpkin pie spice to add some more zing. May try a little vanilla next time also. So much better then the icky marshmallow recipe that is traditionally used. Great recipe!!

Pizza Without the Red Sauce
This was a wonderful recipe. I found some red pepper feta and tried that. No jalapeno either but I couldn't be happier with the recipe. It was almost like my favorite bruschetta but even better!
