Never Fail Fruit Cake

really like this recipe. Left out the coconut altogether though and it was fine without it. So it can be done however you like it. Yes it is rich, so a very small slice will do you. Thanks for this.

I am not good at candy making, but this was so easy it turned out great even for me. I used white chocolate chips added about a tsp. of maple flavoring and voila maple fudge. This is only limited by your imagination.

Sour Cherry Pie

I have made this pie for years with a little twist. I use minute tapioca and I use an oatmeal, brown sugar, butter topping. It has been my husband's favorite.
