Never Fail Fruit Cake

Reviewed: Nov. 17, 2011
really like this recipe. Left out the coconut altogether though and it was fine without it. So it can be done however you like it. Yes it is rich, so a very small slice will do you. Thanks for this.

I am not good at candy making, but this was so easy it turned out great even for me. I used white chocolate chips added about a tsp. of maple flavoring and voila maple fudge. This is only limited by your imagination.

Sour Cherry Pie

Reviewed: Nov. 20, 2012
I have made this pie for years with a little twist. I use minute tapioca and I use an oatmeal, brown sugar, butter topping. It has been my husband's favorite.

Easy Pineapple Cake

Reviewed: Jun. 18, 2013
this recipe is perfect the way it is. It does not need oil or butter, why do you want to add fat when it is not necessary? If you haven't tried it without the extra fat, try it. I think you will be pleasantly surprised. I use a 15 or 15 1/2 oz. can of pineapple (can't remember which) juice and all. I have had nothing but compliments on this cake.

Zucchini Pineapple Bread

Reviewed: Jul. 13, 2013
I love this bread, but I did make some alterations. The only things I changed were, I left out the oil and simply added a 15 1/2 oz can of pineapple in its own juice. Added juice and all. It was still very good and moist, and probably better for us.
