I love this recipe! I have a favorite rest. in NYC and it really taste the same;) I made a few changes for the people who love the HEAT. I added a thai chili instead of jap and 1 to 2 Tsp of indian curry paste (depending how hot you like it) I also added a bit of sour cream to give it a tang and reduced the cream and salt. If it tends to be too spicy you can always add cream cheese to take the heat away. (a trick I learned with Thai cooking)
