Strawberry Avocado Salad
I love this salad and dressing. My Husband does not like sweet stuff so I used the honey and did not add the sugar at all and it was still very sweet. You could possibly add more cider vingar and lemon and less honey as I did when I doubled the recipe. Thanks for sharing great summer salad.

Chicken Tikka Masala
I love this recipe! I have a favorite rest. in NYC and it really taste the same;) I made a few changes for the people who love the HEAT. I added a thai chili instead of jap and 1 to 2 Tsp of indian curry paste (depending how hot you like it) I also added a bit of sour cream to give it a tang and reduced the cream and salt. If it tends to be too spicy you can always add cream cheese to take the heat away. (a trick I learned with Thai cooking)

Baja Sauce
I love this recipe! I changed it just a bit for my taste. I used fresh garlic and instead of a rich mayo flavor I split the portion of mayo with mayo, soften cream cheese and sour cream. I love it on fish tacos!
