Hot Crab Dip

This is an absolute hit every time we make it!!! We use fresh crab instead of canned, and it makes a big difference. Takes about 2lbs of crab legs to get the right amount.

Mexican Rice I

Great recipe!! Just the right amount of liquid so that it is not mushy. I used 3oz of rotel tomatoes instead of what the recipe calls for.
