Honey Mustard Chicken with Pretzel Crust

Reviewed: Mar. 6, 2011
Enjoyed this. The sauce made it very good, but changed it to my preference after tasting it. Added 1T spicy mustard for a little more flavor in the sauce.

Didn't have enough flavor for us. Salt, pepper, and garlic powder before sauce probably would add a lot!

Wild Rice Salad

Good salad, but not spectacular. Had cherries not grapes, so used cherries. Dressing tasted bland so added 2t more vinegar and sugar which helped.

Tasty, but added extra garlic, mustard powder, 5 drops of stevia, and a couple tablespoons of ground dijon mustard (what I had) to give it more flavor.

Wonderful taste, but doesn't taste like crab cakes. Enjoyed them. Ate with a garlic cucumber tzaziki dressing, and it went great with it (leftover from falafel pitas).

Yum! Great taste and not too cheesy. Pretty rich with all the 1/2 and 1/2. Could use part milk.
