Slow Cooker Chicken Pot Pie Stew

Slow Cooker Creamy Potato Soup

This was delicious! I used Better Than Bouillan with the amount of water and liquid in the chicken broth combined. I did not add the bacon to the soup, but left it as a topper when dishing up. Some bacon, sour cream, and cheddar cheese on top made this yum!

Famous No Coffee Pumpkin Latte

Tasty drink ~ a nice treat. We liked it better with more sugar (we liked brown sugar best, about 1/2 cup), and with whipped cream and nutmeg on top.

Overnight Blueberry French Toast

Absolutely fantastic! Easy and delicious. The trick to make the cream cheese easy is warm it up in a pan with a little of the milk to mix, then it will spread on the bread with a spatula easily. We doubled the berries in the french toast and also in the sauce ~ wonderful!

Smoky Chipotle Hummus

Very good but a bit thick. The 2nd time I made this I added more garlic, didn't have the peppers so just added more sun dried tomatoes in olive oil, and put 2 chipotle peppers in ~ fantastic!

Baked Oatmeal II

Very tasty. Everyone of us loved it. I did use only 1/2c brown sugar and that seemed perfect. For our group this fed 2 adults and 3 teen boys and was just exactly enough.

Whole Egg Mayonnaise

Wow, how easy! Used the immersion blender in a mason jar. This was simple, not messy, and very tasty. I can see how this recipe would lend itself to some great flavored mayonaise recipes. Thanks for the inspiration!

Ed Zieba's Famous Family Pork Chops

These were not moist for me. I'm still not sure why considering the cooking method. I'll have to give it another shot. Flavors were not what I'd hoped either. Used plenty of Lowery's and granulated garlic powder, but the flavors were still very mild.
