Made this flatbread with an Indian Chicken Curry recipe. Cooked on the Forman Grill as another Reviewer mentioned, and it worked brilliantly. A slightly sweet, fantastic consistency bread. (I was in a hurry and wasn't able to let it rise as much as it said, so I rose for 30 minutes, punched it down, and cooked it straight away similar to other flat bread recipes.)
