Cherry Salad

Reviewed: Jan. 26, 2009
This recipe was very good except I added marshmallows to it. I would have added pineapples too, but my husband doesn't like them. Next time I will try that though.

Lighter Banana Muffins

Reviewed: Jan. 26, 2009
These were soooo good! Thank you for the recipe. I'm all about making things low fat. I added 1/2 cup of cinnamon applesauce to these, that is why I didn't give it a 5. A very good recipe!

3-Cheese Pasta Bake

Reviewed: Jan. 26, 2009
I used a can of cream of chicken soup instead of cream of mushroom. It turned out very good. My family loved it. I think next time I will only bake it for 20-25 minutes.

Potato Casserole II

Reviewed: Jan. 26, 2009
I left out the bacon in this recipe but otherwise I followed it exactly. My family really liked it. My husband said it tastes like the inside of twice baked potatoes. Really good.

Eileen's Meatloaf

Reviewed: Jan. 26, 2009
This was very good. I used a french onion dip instead of sour cream. You could taste that in the meatloaf, so next time I will use sour cream. This is a keeper.

This was a different idea than just plain brats. It was good and something we could use once in a while.

Country Fried Steak and Milk Gravy

Reviewed: Jan. 26, 2009
The steaks turned out really good. My kids even liked this and they are very picky. The gravy turned out like mud. I don't know what went wrong, but overall a good recipe.

Farmer's Casserole

Reviewed: Jan. 26, 2009
I only gave this 3 stars because I made my owon version. I didn't use green onions, because my family doesn't like them and instead of ham I used sausage. Instead of pepperjack cheese I use colby and cheddar. It turned out really well and my family ate it right up.

Pancake and Sausage Casserole

Reviewed: Jan. 26, 2009
This was a hit with my kids. They love pancakes and it was so much easier than standing over a pan. It makes a lot and we had a lot of leftovers, so next time I will half the recipe.
