Sangria! Sangria!
The BEST sangria! I have made this for parties and everyone has always loved it, even then men who typically drink beer! I agree that it has to sit overnight, and the different modifications/substitutions mentioned in the reviews work, but it's good just as the recipe calls for. I typically leave out the soda and have used all different kinds of fruits...apples, pears, grapes, limes, lemons, oranges, etc. I've also used peach schnapps along with the brandy and triple sec. Very, very good!

Quinoa Tabbouleh
A very easy, healthy recipe. I agree that the flavor can be kind of bland, but that's basically how traditional tabouli tastes, so if you add other stuff to it....feta, beans, etc. I don't think it classifies as tabouli....just my opinion. Love it just as is.

Double Tomato Bruschetta
Great, easy recipe. I have made it both with and without the sun dried tomatoes and it's great either way. I add capers to give it a little more flavor, but it definitely doesn't need them. Must make it at least a day before serving so the flavors blend, kinda bland if you don't.
