Absolutely Amazing Ahi
This was delicious! I didn't have sesame seeds, so had to omit them. Also, I wasn't sure if my ahi was sashimi grade, so I pan seared it to be on the safe side. It was perfectly rare and had great flavour. I served it with rice crackers. I might add a bit of wasabi next time to give it a bit of kick. Will make this again soon! Thank you!

Alaska Salmon Bake with Pecan Crunch Coating
This was a delicious recipe. I used basa filets and it was so tasty. The only thing I ommited was the butter in the sauce, just te reduce the calories. It worked out just fine. The mustard and honey stuck perfectly to the fish and the bread crumbs and pecans stuck perfectly to the sauce. Thanks!
