I used 1 cup applesauce instead of the 1 cup oil, also I followed the recommendations for the crumb topping, added the nutmeg, and also the 1 cup raisins as suggested by other reviews. FabulouS! I do want to add that it tasted so much moister after it cooled. At first I thought, well its ok, but my oven must have dreid it a little until I had a piece later that day after keeping it covered then I said, wow this is it!!
