Spiced Quinoa

This recipe is very good, except I found it entirely too salty. Next time, I'm going to cut the salt out completely. I think the chicken stock has enough salt for the entire dish. Otherwise, really enjoyed the flavors!

SOOOO GOOD!!!! very thin just as other reviewers said. mine wouldn't smooth out all the way, but still so very tasty. perfect for my pound cake =)

Crustless Spinach Quiche

I love this recipe! I make an entire pie then eat it for breakfast all week long. It's a dieter's dream--I use reduced fat cheese and cut the cheese down to a cup and a half. It's so delicious. You get protein from your eggs and cheese, and you get plenty of healthy veggies with the spinach and onion. I like to throw in a tomato or two as well for extra healthy measures. It's very filling, and the way I make it, 1/4 of the entire pie only has 250 calories!! That's a pretty big serving for 250 satisfing calories! This is definitely one of my favorite recipes--go make one now!

Actually Delicious Turkey Burgers

I was hesitant at first because I have never liked turkey burgers---but this was delicious. I used dried parsley in place of fresh and added seasoning salt and some soy sauce. Had some difficulty patting out burgers, so I just plopped some of the mixture into a pan with oil. Turned out wonderful--although I feel like I countered the healthiness of using turkey by pan frying it the way I did. Still tasty!!
