I love this recipe. I do not eat white potatoes as a rule, so I use sweet potatoes and what ever veggies I have on hand. Its easy and it freezes well. Thank you!

Spaghetti Squash Medley

Cranberry Sauce I

I tweek this recipe with stevia because I do not eat white sugar. I add a 1/2 cup or to taste and for me, its great.
