Best Ever Popcorn Balls

Very Best Blueberry Cobbler!

Good dessert, but the berry base was too soupy after baking and the pan took much longer to cook than the recipe lists. I will add flour to the berries if I make this again.

Pudding-Topped Fruit Salad

I've made this for two parties recently and it was a big hit! I mixed a variety of fresh fruits and had to add canned peaches. Omitted banana due to traveling/browning. Great recipe!

I used softened butter to get the crispy crumb texture I prefer. I would not use melted butter/margarine for this recipe. I also added some almond extract to the cherries and some vanilla to the topping. YUM.

Barbecued Beef

Good, but the original recipe did not make nearly enough sauce for our liking. I had to add more sauce ingredients as the meat was cooking.

The Best Rolled Sugar Cookies

Great recipe! Dough was easy to work with when rolling out for cutting shapes. I took a plate of these (iced with the Sugar Cookie Icing recipe recommended on this site) to a holiday party this past weekend and they were complimented and then promptly INHALED.

I tried this with vanilla, lemon, and almond extract for flavoring. It's fantastic, very easy to work with. My cookies look and taste like bakery-made treats.

Chocolate Mint Sugar Cookie Drops

I've made this recipe for cookie exchanges for years. I prefer making the recipe with butter instead of oil, and I roll the dough into balls and coat them lightly with sugar before baking. The resulting cookie is delicious, and goes really well with a cup of coffee.

Artichoke & Spinach Dip Restaurant Style

What a yummy dip! I have used this recipe for multiple parties and it always goes over well. I like to add some chopped bacon pieces into the dip and a little extra cheese.

Kielbasa and Kidney Beans

I made this with onions, celery, and light kidney beans tonight and put it over noodles. It was yummy! As per other cooks, I reduced the brown sugar content.
