Peanut Butter and Banana Smoothie

Reviewed: Mar. 31, 2012
Good smoothie! I added some ice and a little more milk because I like it cold. Only used a T of honey and it was sweet enough.

I love that there aren't a lot of ingredients! I had to add just a little more milk and they turned out really well!

Zesty Slow Cooker Chicken Barbecue

Reviewed: Jul. 20, 2009
Very, very tasty chicken!!! I used frozen chicken breast and after about 2 hours of cooking I sliced the breasts in half to make sure they were cooked through. When it was ready I shredded the chicken and poured the juice over it. Will definitely keep this one!

Definitely very light, I like things a little saltier so I added garlic salt. Loved how easy it was to make.

Apple Pumpkin Muffins

Super easy and yummy! I used whole wheat flour and 1-1/2 cups of evaporated cane juice sugar to make it a bit healthier and it turned out great. I will definitely make this again.

Very good! I didn't have the packet of onion soup mix so I rubbed butter all over it and seasoned it with garlic powder, pepper and salt. Very moist!

Chicken Enchiladas I

Reviewed: Nov. 25, 2008
Very good! I used the homemade red enchilada sauce from the website and next time I'll cut back on the chili powder since the enchilada recipe calls for it too.

Chicken Fettuccini Alfredo

Reviewed: Nov. 25, 2008
This was the best Fettuccini Alfredo I've ever had. I used whole wheat fettuccini pasta and whole wheat flour and it came out yummy. The only thing I might change is to cut back a little on the butter.

Blackened Fish

Reviewed: Nov. 25, 2008
This was a huge mess! My whole house filled with smoke and I still haven't been able to get the fish smell out. It was way too spicy, we couldn't even eat it.

Buttery Corn Bread

Reviewed: Nov. 5, 2008
I used whole wheat flour instead of the white and evaporated cane juice sugar instead of processed sugar and it tasted great. I followed the advice of one review and only used 1/2 cup of sugar but next time I will use the whole cup because I could barely taste the sugar.
