Herbed Garlic Mashed Potatoes
I made this to go with beef tenderloin with roasted, scallion port wine gravy for New Years Eve dinner. I loved the roasted garlic but overall the recipe was a little blah.

Baked Ziti I
Made this on a cold, snowy evening for a good comfort-food dinner. Baked ziti is usually something my husband makes - he follows a recipe off the back of a noodle box. We followed this new recipe to a T. I honestly felt it was just too rich. I do not think we will make this again.

Caesar Salad Supreme
I just made this for my family of 5, with 2 kids home from college - all of whom are BIG caesar salad lovers...very very picky about their dressing. I did not change a thing in the recipe. It was a huge hit! Everyone loved it. Said it was the best they'd ever had -including restaurants. We were out later that evening and out of the blue my husband started talking about how fantastic the salad had been! One thing my kids didn't love were the croutons - thought they were "soggy". I would say they were actually crunchy on the outside and softer on the inside. Even tho' I loved them, next time I will make them 'crunchier' by popping them into the oven after cooking them per the directions on the stove. I'm so happy I found this recipe because it got me huge kudos from my family. Thanks! DELICIOUS!!!
