Grandma Ople's Apple Pie

I LOVE this recipe! I think its fun to make too! Even though 8 apples was A LOT of apple, I decided to make it a very mile-high type of pie, and I doubled the sauce recipe. I also, coated my apples in cinnamon, and used the french pastry pie crust for this recipe. Everyone loves it and asks for again around every holiday : )

Delicious Raspberry Oatmeal Cookie Bars

I added a hint of almond extract! NICE! Since I was making cinnamon rolls at the same time, I just drizzled a little bit of icing across! SO GOOD!

Curried Honey Mustard Chicken

I made this with leg/thigh quarters, and added chopped was SOO good! I used brown mustard, and red curry paste... it was all I had...and also didn't let it marinate for 4 hours...maybe only two...but my whole family loved it! I served with rice, and green vegetables. I can't imagine bbqing it since in the oven the chicken cooks in the juices which makes it so juicy. I am saving this recipe, and can't wait to make it again!

Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough + Cupcake = The BEST Cupcake. Ever.

BEST CUPCAKES EVER!!!! I put a special twist on these! I made yellow cake batter and devils food cake batter - With my last batch of cupcakes i mixed the yellow and devils food! Marble chocolate chip cookie dough cupcakes! YUM! One mistake I made was putting too many in the oven at one time, and they weren't baking right (I shoulda known better!) Too many pans at one time screws up the baking. REMEMBER! the key is freezing the dough, and not overbaking! Your edges should be puffed up and firm, but middle still very moist and slightly underbaked looking - that means its time to take them out right away! This should only be around 16-18 minutes. Don't wait for the middle to cook allll the way. Let them sit approx 10 minutes before taking them out of the pans! Great recipe! : )
