Zucchini Brownies
My sister-in-law shared this recipe with me, so I had to try it for myself. Wow! They are wonderful. We added 1 cup of chocolate chips instead of the frosting and they were just as good. Thanks for sharing!

Cranberry Macadamia Bark
Yummmmmmmmm. We couldn't afford the macadamias, so we used pistachios. Still very good.

Cornish Game Hens with Garlic and Rosemary
Perfect Christmas Eve dinner! I added a bit of chicken broth to the garlic when baking to prevent it from burning as others suggested. We served them with asparagus and sweet potato fries. Very yummy!
