The Best Chicken Fried Steak

Reviewed: Nov. 10, 2014
The entire family loved it. I didn't make the gravy, as we are not big gravy eaters.

Rice Balls a la Tim

Reviewed: Mar. 24, 2014
My family loves these. I made them as is and was surprised at how easy it was to form the balls and how well they stayed together (the key is the melted cheese - it acts as a "glue").

Slow Cooker Texas Pulled Pork

Reviewed: Nov. 18, 2013
Made recipe as is and it was a big hit with the entire family. Used a bone-in Pork Picnic, so had to cook it awhile longer.

My family did not care for the taste and I thought it was a little bland (even after adding garlic).

Mongolian Beef and Spring Onions

Reviewed: Jan. 30, 2013
The entire family loved it. The sauce was sweet, so if you may want to reduce the amount of brown sugar. Also, it took me more like 45-50 min. to make.

Maple Glazed Pork Loin

Reviewed: Jan. 4, 2013
My family all loved this BUT the cooking time was not at all acurate (hence 4 stars). I had a 5.62lb pork loin and it took 2hrs. 20 min to get to 145deg. I would definitely make it again but make sure that I allowed more time for cooking.
