Mom's Zucchini Bread

Was looking for a good zucchini recipe and this one came up. Had lots of great reviews. My only changes were I used 1/2 c. oil and 1/2 c. applesauce. And used Splenda instead of regular sugar. Baked for 45 mins and it was done. Tasted great!! Next time I will try adding more zucchini as one person suggested, should add to the flavor and moisture. But I am sure this will need the added bake time. -slowkittyy

I have been making this exact recipe for years! It has been passed on to my daughters. It is a recipe I will make for company. It has always been a hit. It is easy to make. Enjoy!!

Beef Tips

Way too salty and too much worcestershire sauce. Next time I would not add the extra salt and add the worcestershire sauce a tablespoon at a time until it was to my liking.
