Roasted Asparagus and Mushrooms
I love both asparagus and mushrooms. But my husband still didn't care for either of the ingredients.

Walnut-Date Quick Bread
This is a wonderful bread but because our family is trying to lower the sugar intake I replaced brown sugar with 3 tbsp molasses, 3 heaping tbsp of fat free greek yogurt and 1pkt stevia. I also used 1/2c almond meal to replace the equal amount of flour and used white whole wheat flour for the rest of it. The only reason for 4 stars is that I think the original recipe would make too sweet of a bread.
