Cranberry Orange Loaf

I would rate this 10 stars if possible. The combination of sweet and tart is great. Do not skip the orange glaze on top,it REALLY finishes it out!!!

I have not made these yet but I plan on doing so,very soon. I read on another site that you can sift together 1 tsp cornstarch and 1 cup of powdered sugar and that will prevent the powdered sugar dusting from melting away. I hope this works!!

Adam's Apple Cake

I just prepared this exactly as directed and it is AMAZING!!!!I dusted it with powdered sugar a few minutes out of the oven and it is great! You have to make it,you wil be glad you did. Thanks for sharing the recipe!!

Lana's Sweet and Sour Meatballs

Really good! I halved the meatball recipe and did a full sauce batch. Instead of stovetop cooking them,I baked them sauce and balls in the oven while my rice was in the rice pot. PERFECT!

Italian Creme Layer Cake

Really good cake but I think next time I make it that I will make it a two layer (so you can really enjoy the cake itself)and reduce the amount of coconut in the cake. I think that with 3 layers it is just too much icing involved.

Coconut Ice Cream

This ice cream turned out great IF you are sure that the freezer bowl is frozen solid and your ingredients are VERY cold,even partially frozen (1 hour in the freezer will do fine!)I only used about 1/2 cup of coconut that I ran through my mini chopper and I added a tad bit of vanilla extract at the very end. Without a doubt I will be making this again!

World's Best Potato Salad

Really dissapointed in this recipe.Even after altering it per many other reviews,I found it to be way to sweet/vinegary. Fortunately I tasted the dressing before mixing it with my spuds/eggs so I didn't waste the entire batch. I will continue my search for the "World' Best Potato Salad"......

Simply AMAZING!!! I followed the recipe exactly as written and they turned out great!! They taste just like "Lorna Doone". Thanks for the recipe,definately a keeper!

World's Best Lasagna

Amazing! Made this for my Daughters' BF Birthday dinner. All 13 people LOVED it and 2 asked for the recipe.I reduced the salt and sugar by half and did the water bath thing with the noodles.The fennel seeds really gave it a kick and I added 1 tsp of nutmeg to the ricotta. Yum! Next time I will make it in 2 loaf pans for just my husband and I. One for now, and one in the freezer for later. Thanks for the recipe!

Coconut Pancake Syrup

My Son,Tad and his wife Laura brought some Coconut Syrup back from their recent Hawaiian honeymoon and he fixed me banana pancakes and Coconut syrup. I came home and used this recipe and it tastes just like his.I did as others suggested and used a bit less cornstarch..AMAZING!! Can't wait to Surprise Tad & Laura with a jar of it!!! Thanks for a great recipe!!

Shredded Beef Enchiladas

Haven't made these yet but plan on it real soon.My husband prefers beef over chicken so these look like the ones to try.It looks like the "beef version" of Angelas Awesome Enchiladas (on this site).If you like chicken enchiladas, you will LOVE these. Happy Thanksgiving to all!!

Angela's Awesome Enchiladas

These are without a doubt THE BEST Chicken Enchiladas I have ever eaten.It makes a HUGE batch. My only suggestion is to keep the breasts whole while simmering in water (it makes them easier to shred).This is the only enchilada recipe I will ever use .Thanks Angela!!!
