Sweet and Sour Chicken I

Reviewed: Feb. 3, 2011
Very Good. Make sure you mix the water and corn starch before adding to sauce. Had tons of clumps when I added the corn starch directly.

Very yummy. I sliced the sweet potatoes into fries prior to boiling. Boiled 4 minutes & then fried for about 10. They came out perfect!!

Sloppy Joes II

Reviewed: Jun. 7, 2010
Fantastic. Made it exactly the way the recipe called for. I also made it with fresh garlic (1 tsp) and put browned ground meat, onion & pepper in crock pot with remaining ingredients and cooked for 1.5 hrs on high. Yummy!!! A new family favorite.

Chicken Cordon Bleu II

Reviewed: Jan. 23, 2009
Absolutely delicious. I took others advice and used 3 tbsp butter & 3 tbsp olive oil. Also used Half & Half instead of full cream. Used low fat regular ham. Came out wonderful. Even the kids liked it!!! Will use again.

Yummy!!!! My kids loved it. Perfect on a cold snowy day. I only had big marchmallows but it still worked. Had to heat a little longer, about 11 minutes.

Chocolate Chip Peppermint Cookies

Reviewed: Dec. 19, 2008
Delicious cookie. Is my new favorite Holiday cookie recipe. I did make a few changes. Unfortunately, I only had 1/4 tsp of Peppermint. I used the 1/4 tsp peppermint, and then used mint chocolate chips instead of regular semi-sweet. I baked them for 10 minutes, like others had suggested. They came out PERFECT!!! I love them. Thanks.
