I made the cornbread in a cast iron skillet in the oven, and it was amazing. I followed another reviewer's suggestion and only put it in the oven for 25 minutes. It was cooked perfectly. 40 minutes would have burnt it. Also, I only used 1/3 cup sugar and it was still sweet.
