Incredibly Cheesy Turkey Meatloaf

Reviewed: Apr. 7, 2010
WoW! That was awesome. We just finished eating it. My five year old ate it and hes super picky. The only think I changed was the colby cheese was shredded instead of cubed because thats what all I had. Wonderful, will make again.

Limehouse Chicken

Reviewed: Oct. 12, 2009
It was good. I used whole wheat flour and no white wine or Mint all three because its what I had or didnt have.. It came out good. I expected it to be more limey it wasnt. I'll make it again and try to make it more Limey next time. Overall good :)

Baked Asian-Style Honey Chicken

Reviewed: Sep. 29, 2009
Very Good. I made a lot of changes being i didnt have everything on hand. I didnt marinate the chicken since my chicken wasnt defrosted in time last night. I used maple syrup instead of honey and powdered ginger. I listened to the over reviews and doubled the recipe. came out very juicy! I cooked it at 350 degrees for 20 minutes on both sides and then I broiled it for about 5 minutes to make the skin crispy.

Simple Caramel Apple Pork Chops

Reviewed: Sep. 27, 2009
This was awesome! It reminds me of something my mom used to cook for me. Only changes is no pecans since I didnt have them. Plus I used the same pan for the apples that I used for the Pork. I wished it had more juice so next time I'll add some apple juice/cider.

Cozy Cottage Beef Stew Soup

Reviewed: Sep. 14, 2009
This was good but I tweated it a bit. I didnt put in any of those liquids requested. I did all the vegetables except the mushrooms since I didnt have them and switched beans to peas, again it was what I had. I put 1/2 cup of red wine, a can of tomato soup and enough regular chicken broth to cover the meat/veggies cooked it for 10 hours on low. When I got home I dumped the can of peas and about a tbsp of cornstarch to thicken it a bit. I let it be for a few mnutes and it was perfect. didnt even need salt!

Carne Asada Steak Sandwich with Avocado Salad

Reviewed: Aug. 31, 2009
Amazing!!! things I did differently, I didnt marinate the meat so I put oil on the steak then drenched it in seasoning and cooked it on my grill pan on the stove. Toasted the bread in the toaster. came out fantastic!!! My only complaint is the avacado salad kept falling out so I had to keep putting it back on! Next time I'll cut the bread differently so it stays on! :)

Tender Pork Roast

Reviewed: Aug. 18, 2009
It came out awful. Dry, too sweet. Tasted like pork with Marinara sauce on top. I listened to the other reviews that said to lighten up on the soy. It was not fall apart tender. I had to cut it with a knife. I will not be doing this one again. Sorry.
