I followed the recipe exactly (and added a few chocolate chips) and it turned out great. It was very sweet though, more like a cookie than a granola bar. In fact, I have a cookie recipe that uses special k instead of the oats and rice krispies, and without raisins....but other than that, it's exactly the same recipe.

Chocolate Coated Peanut Butter Crackers

J.P.'s Big Daddy Biscuits

This was my first try at homemade biscuits, and they turned out great! Even my picky 3 year old ate one and was asking for more. We ate them with butter and honey with dinner. Very good! I would only like to have seen something on the top to make them a little less dry on top. But I will definitely make them again!

White Chocolate, Chocolate Cookies

These have become the only cookies I want to make! They're so soft and chocolatey...it's like the perfect cookie. I'm not a big fan of white chocolate chips, so I swapped them for mint baking chips. (You don't need very many to get the flavor) They end up tasting like soft Thin Mints. They freeze really well, too! LOVE THEM!!
