Suzy's Mashed Red Potatoes

Great recipe! I love mashed red potatoes but the sour cream incorporating into the potatoes makes the dish. The simplest recipes, like this one, are the best. Thanks for posting. :)

Slow Cooker Chicken Parisienne

Very nice! I incorporated in the soup and white wine giving the sauce a wonderful red colour. This was a quick recipe that went great with steamed asparagus and sliced almonds.

Fried Egg Sandwich

There is nothing better than an egg sandwich on plain white toast! My favourite variations are to use HP Sauce instead of ketchup or use Marmite with stout Irish cheese on Irish bread.

Sauceless Garden Lasagna

Real French Crepes

This method turned out great for me. I don't know what Patitio, a previous reviewer giving a negative review, was doing wrong. Use a good quality pan and you will have wonderful crepes. Cheap pans never produce a good result. I fill mt crepes with a strawberry ricotta filling and top it off with a strawberry glaze.

Baked Corn Pudding

This was a great recipe that was easy to fix. I used corn muffin mix instead of flour, and baked it for one (1) hour instead of 45-50 minutes. The extra 15 minutes in the oven set the custard to a perfect consistency.

Green Onion Wraps

I tried this dish several years ago at a party and I loved then ever since. If you don't make your own corned beef, use Boars Head corned beef slices to even out the spice of the green onion.

Donna's Cheesy Quiche

We loved this quiche both with and without the heavy cream! I substituted milk for the cream and used a potato crust instead of a regular crust. Many ways to vary teh recipe to your tastes.

Manjar (Dulce de Leche) from Scratch

Mine turned out great! Is the USA you have to use sweetened condensed milk, otherwise it would be too runny (all milk seems watered down here). Other than that, it is a good basic recipe that tastes great.

Jewish Chicken Soup

Loved it. This is a great tasting recipe for what we call "jewish penicillin". It will cure anything and everything. I made this recipe earlier this week after being dehydrated from the flu and I got back on my feet in no time!!!
