Kosher hot dogs, homemade BBQ potato chips, southern slaw and southern baked beans on the Fourth of July.

I can get my 7 1/2 yr old son to eat vegetables Yay!
My cooking tragedies
At the age of 10 I roasted my first cornish game hen and forgot to remove the paper bag from the cavity that contained the giblets. Yuck. Very funny but did not deter me from learning.
