French Onion Dip From Scratch

Overall this was great. I will for sure make this again but just with less onion maybe 25-50% less because the longer you let it sit the stronger the caramelized onion gain intensity.

Chicken Souvlaki Gyro Style

This recipe was not good at all. If you try this recipe I reccomend NOT using a balsamic vinaigrette but instead use olive oil and maybe a little red wine vinegar and garlic.

Shredded French Dip

This was incredible. Instead of a slow cooker I first seared the meat in a dutch oven then placed all ingredients in the over at about 200 degrees and let it slow cook about 6 hours. I can't wait to make it again.

Taco Seasoning I

Not bad at all. It is easy enough to play around with the ingredients to get your desired taste but be careful it can easily start tasting like a chili seasoning.

Artichoke & Spinach Dip Restaurant Style

This recipe is awesome! Especially if you make your own alfredo sauce from the 'Really Creamy Fettuccine Alfredo' recipe found on allrecipes. I reccomend just putting all the ingredients in a bowl and mixing, rather than trying to place them evenly in a 8x8.

Maryland Crab Cakes III

Outstanding! We were on the OBX sound side and caught our own crabs. I left out the celery and added about a 1/2 lb of crab than what the recipe calls for. I also used dijon mustard.
