Pumpkin Pancakes
My whole family LOVED these. They are super moist and are seasoned perfectly. I served them with fresh whipped cream, but for leftovers the kind in the can was great too. I've also tried adding about a 1/2 cup of pumpkin and cinnamon to the regular bisquick pancake recipe and it was good but not as good as this!

Chantal's New York Cheesecake
The best cheesecake recipe! I added a bit more butter to the crust mixture and think this may have made it a little soggy. Maybe pre-baking the crust before filling it with the cheesecake mixture would fix this problem. The actual cheesecake part though was rich, creamy and dense just like the cheesecake factory. I did bake mine in a foil wrapped springform pan and placed in water bath. It turned out perfect with no cracks, bubbles or browning. I highly recommend this recipe if you like cheesecake factory results.

Swiss Cheese 'n' Onion Quiche
Delicious! I layered the onions, then some diced ham, then the cheese. I also mixed in about 1/2 cup of thawed frozen chopped spinach in with the egg mixture before pouring on top. There didn't seem to be enough liquid so I added another egg mixed with about 1/4 cup of milk and poured that on. Had to bake it about 10 minutes longer because of the addition. I also substituted heavy cream and milk for the 1/2 & 1/2 since I didn't have any. Will be making it again exactly the same!
