Famous Butter Chicken

Very good. I melted the butter and drizzled it over the chicken before putting it in the oven. I also used bone in chicken breasts and it was very good.

Cherry Pound Cake

I made this cake today and just ate the first piece. It is so delicious. I also added more cherries and I layered the cherries as someone else suggested and used some of the cherry juice in the glaze. I will definately make this again. Thanks for a great recipe!!!

No-Bake Peanut Butter Cookies III

I love this recipe. I too cooked for about 2 minutes or they can be grainy. Reminds me of peanut butter fudge. I took them to work, they were a hit. I will definately make these again and again.

Date Nut Pinwheel Cookies II

I have made these for years. After you roll them up, wrap them in waxed paper and freeze them overnight. Remove from freezer, slice with a sharp knife and bake. Joyln

Apple Walnut Cake

Really good cake. The only thing I changed was I diced up the apples instead of slicing them. I made a glaze of cinnamon, water, vanilla and powdered sugar for the cake. Yummy!

Brown Sugar Meatloaf

Very good. I placed two slices of bread in the bottom of the loaf pan. (I saw this on Foodnetwork)The bread absorbs the grease. Then I placed the meatloaf on top of the bread. I mixed the brown sugar and ketchup and spread it on top of the meatloaf and placed 4 thick slices of good bacon on top. I turned out very good. Thanks. Joyln

World's Best Peanut Butter Fudge

Blue Ribbon White Bread

Easy Turkey Tetrazzini

I just took this out of the oven. It is really good. I did make a few changes due to the reviews I read. I added a half of a can of milk, and I used fresh mushrooms instead of canned. I also lowered the baking temperature to 350 degrees. It is very creamy and delicious. Thanks! Joyln
