Cheesy Chicken Quesadillas

Reviewed: Dec. 2, 2008
I'd use a little less cream of chicken next time. I also used shredded chicken and mozza and cheddar cheese instead. tasted great!

Barbie Doll Cake

Reviewed: Dec. 1, 2008
i did use three pans though. a 9 in for the bottom, a "mixing" size bowl for the middle and a little "cereal" size bowl or the very top. i wrapped barbies legs in plastic wrap and she just fit up to her hips. fun to make! :)

I was a little nervous making this because their were some negative reviews. but it turned out great! I did double the sugar and added 1/4 more corn to the recipe. Cooked on high for about 4 hours.

Pork Chops and Scalloped Potatoes

Reviewed: Nov. 17, 2008
Great recipe. I also decided to bake the potatoes for 30 min before adding the pork chops. then I buried the pork chops in the potatoes making them nice and moist. I'll be making these again for sure.

Scottish Shortbread IV

Reviewed: Nov. 24, 2008
These were easy to make and taste great, I used golden brown sugar, instead of the firmly packed brown sugar. My 3 yr old daughter started to roll them in little balls so I let her continue instead of rolling them out( next time I'll have to try them rolled) She even poked out the little holes. Def a fun easy recipe for her.
