Oven baked samosa

The filling flavor is authentic, but the Pillsbury dough is too salty and flaky for traditional samosa. But it's quick and easy and it still tastes good.

Clone of a Cinnabon

Much thanks to Marsha for the recipe! With a few tweaks I've gotten this close to my own experience of a Cinnabon--which I need to do since the only Cinnabon in town closed a few years ago and I don't spend much time in airports. Increased the butter spread on the dough to a full stick (1/2 cup) and decreased baking time to 11 minutes 30 seconds to get the classic Cinnabon gooey center. Recipe as written with 15 minute baking time came out too brown and baked in my oven. I'm one of those guys who gets annoyed with the "excellent recipe, I changed everything" reviews, so I saved the changes as a new recipe called Clone of a Cinnabon trial 3. Thanks again to Marsha!

Matar Pulao with Nuts

Consider adding the onion after the spices and cooking over medium heat for about 12 minutes until the onion is golden brown, then adding the rice and peas.

Seasoned Baked Potato Wedges

Made it just as described in the recipe. Very nice! After 35 minutes they weren't done yet, maybe I sliced my wedges too thickly. They were good to go after an additional 10 minutes.
