Zucchini-Raspberry Bread

I didn't have self rising so I used 1 tsp. b-soda. Also, our garden was all out of fresh raspberries and so I added our blackberries and 1 tsp. of lemon juice and 1 tsp. vanilla extract. It was YUMMIE!!!! Thanks for sharing

Very Good!! I used 4 sweet potatoe yams cubed and steemed and large marshmellows cut in half to fit all the way across and it was so yummy, thanks for sharing.

Spicy Mexican Style Zucchini Casserole

Wonderful flavors!! I did add 1 lb of ground beef cooked and drained. And one more cup of beans. Plus we don't like real hot so I only added 1/2 tsp. of cayenne pepper and it was still enough spice, but we could handle it. Thanks for sharing. I had to use some of our zucchini left from our garden.

Slow Cooker Beef Stroganoff I

My family really liked this recipe. I did take into account the other reviews such as doubling the soup and water and add 1/2 pack of onion soup mix, but didn't add the mushrooms as our kids don't like them. Thanks for sharing

Chicken Chimichangas with Green Sauce

I doubled this recipe and did exactly what it said but also added some garlic powder and would have minced an onion in the sauce had I had one on hand. It still seemed to be missing something in flavor but overall we all liked it. We also added a little salsa to the top and it was Great. Thanks for sharing.

Cherry Cobbler II

After reading some of the reviews this is my changes. Cut butter in half, add 1/4 tsp. vanilla and 1/4 tsp. cinnamon and used 8" glass baking dish. AWESOME!!! The best I've ever tasted. Thanks for sharing.

Slow Cooker Scalloped Potatoes with Ham

I wanted to be sure everyone would like this so I halved the recipe (only the potatoes) and did take other reviewers suggestions and used milk instead of the water. It was delicious!!!! Thanks for sharing, and I did use my crockpot on low for 4-5 hrs.

Apple Pie II

Exceptional! The changes I made were from other reviews. I did use oj instead of the apple juice only because I had oj on hand. Also, brown sugar in place of the first 1/2 c. white sugar and I had apple pie spice, so I used a tsp. of that and 1 tsp of cinnamon. Best Yet!!!! Thank You!

Chicken Zucchini Casserole

One problem, nothing left for leftovers. This was AWESOME! I used 9 x 13 cake pan, 2 cups zucchini and 1 cup carrots and did like other suggested by sauteeing vegs with onions in 1/2 the butter first and I also used 2 cups shredded cheese in mix. I was dissapointed when I wanted seconds and there were none. I will make 2 next time.

My Mother-in-Law's Plum Bread

Just made 2 loaves. Added 1/2 c more of the plums and I didn't have yogurt so I used sour cream , used 1/3 c butter. I added in 1/2 tsp of orange extract also. Very yummy!! Thanks for sharing

Amish Breakfast Casserole

Excellent...the changes I made were to just shred some fresh potatoes, used left over (diced) ham from Thanksgiving dinner with 1/2 lb bacon. I will definately make this again. Thanks for sharing

I used Best foods olive oil dressing in place of the oil and white choc chips, only because I did not have the other two items and it turned out GREAT! It only took 50 min to bake, important to note as 80 min. would have been way too long

Apple, Carrot, Or Zucchini Cake

My family gobbled this up. I used all three zucchini, carrots and apples for the fun of it and it was yummy. I added choc. frosting and it complimented it perfectly. Thanks for sharing.

Zucchini Brownies

This was AWESOME!!! I did not change a thing except for 5 more minutes. When you mix it, it's dry but don't be deceived, the zucchini does moisten it. This was Excellent!!! Thank You!

Blueberry Zucchini Bread

The only thing I changed was to add 1 1/2 cups fresh raspberries and the 10 or so blueberries that I had on hand in the garden. But with the moisture from the raspberries I needed to bake 10 min. longer. Great!! thanks for sharing.
