I usually don't rate or review, but this was really good pizza! My husband of 28 years always says everything is ok, no other comment, just ok. Tonight for probably the 2nd time in 28 years, he said this pizza was good! That is the biggest compliment I could give you, used dried basil, and made 4 small pizzas instead of 2, and it all came out perfect. For us it was the first time we had grilled pizza......GREAT!!!!!

Firefighter's Favorite Chocolate Chip Cookie

Followed the recipe exactly and I didn't like the texture of the cookie. To thick and a little dry for me, but the kids ate them.

Chiles Rellenos (Stuffed Peppers)

This pic does not do these peppers justice. I used 4 poblano peppers and 4 green chiles, (chiles were a little small to stuff very well). Didn't change anything for the batter recipe and my friends and family raved about them. I was lazy, did not wash my peppers after I cut out the seeds, but they were still wonderful. Last time I made them, I placed the leftovers in the freezer, froze them individually, and my husband and I had them one night for supper. Just threw each of them in a tortilla, added pico and cheese, mmmmmmmm. Thanks for the recipe!

Terry's Texas Pinto Beans

I have made this recipe twice, both times everybody loved them. I think the green sauce in combination with the chicken broth, does the trick. Thanks for a great recipe. UPDATE: Of course I have made these again, left out the jalapeno since I have a relative that "doesn't do hot stuff", and the beans still received raves from my guests. Thanks again

Potato Casserole III

Had to use crushed tortilla chips instead of cereal for the topping. Took it to a friends family, and they loved it although my family didn't. My hubby said to much sour cream.

Chewy Coconut Cookies

**********10 Stars, the only thing I did different, was added a tsp of vanilla, they just seemed a bit dry when I was mixing them, although they would probably have been fine.
