About this Cook

My favorite things to cook
I get excited whenever I find a new entree recipe that I can make and enjoy, and I love baking as well.
My favorite family cooking traditions
We do TONS of Christmas cookies and hand them out to the neighbors as a holiday treat!
My cooking triumphs
Cooking soup is always a triumph for me, as well as any time I manage to nail down a particularly good recipe.
My cooking tragedies
Too many to name - I like to experiment :)
Recipe Reviews 6 reviews
My husband loves guacamole but is very picky on it, so I don't ever make it. This recipe was my first attempt and he loves it! Thank you so much!

Broiled Tilapia Parmesan
This was absolutely delicious! We really enjoyed the flavor that this gave the Tilapia and will definitely be cooking it again.

Eggs Benedict Breakfast Pizza
We really enjoyed this pizza! We made it for Christmas brunch and one thing that surprised me was how heavy it is! It's definitely filling as well. I pre-cooked the crust for about three minutes but next time would do it for five minutes or so, as it was still not firm enough for our tastes. The mixture of the hollandaise sauce and the eggs, however, was ideal and we'll definitely be making it again!
