Rollitos de Pollo en Salsa de Guajillo (Chicken Rolls in Guajillo Pepper Sauce)

I didn't have a meat mallet and I was kind of lazy so I didn't pound the chicken enough. I would recommend pounding the chicken very thin, slicing the mushrooms and ham very thin to make prettier chicken rolls. Also, I only had three chicken breasts but I used the same amount of all the rest of the ingredients and I'm glad I did because the sauce and fillings are wonderful.

Pepper-Honey Cedar Plank Salmon

This was great, I used value pack cheapo salmon and they didn't taste fishy at all! Great marinade/sauce!

Carrot Dill Soup

This was great! Fresh dill and chives are a must. I used skim milk and a little cream since I didn't have 2% milk. We had it with turkey burgers, wonderful.

Hearts of Palm and Spinach Salad

The flavors in the salad are great, I reduced the sugar (the ketchup already has some) and I cut the total amount of dressing in half and it was still a little too much for me. The dressing is good, but I like to be able to taste the vegetables.

Spicy Basil Chicken

I didn't use the garlic salt as per one reviewer and this came out sooo good. We had it with Spinach and Buttermilk soup from this site. I will definitly make this again.

Roasted Asparagus with Balsamic Vinegar

This was delicious, adding the balsamic at the end really made this dish. I also added sliced mushrooms and fresh minced garlic before roasting.

Sweet and Sour Pork III

Awesome!! Having been severely disappointed with sweet and sour sauces before I was scared but so glad I tried it! Delicious with all sorts of stir fried vegetables and no need to deep fry the pork. Ooh, great with chicken too. And if you like it spicy it's soo good with red pepper flakes!

Chinese Steamed Buns with Barbecued Pork Filling

We've never had pork buns before and we thought these were delicious. The buns really glued themselves to the steamer though. I used half wheat, half white flour for the dough and the bread machine to knead it for me. Also, just used some leftover pulled pork with Hoisin sauce mixed in, great way to use leftovers.
