Baked Polenta with Fresh Tomatoes and Parmesan

This recipe is easy and delicious. I know it has loads of calories but so good with fresh stewed tomatoes, basil and oregano,outof my garden in Alabama. I baked, them cooled, then served the sauce on top.

Tartar Sauce I

I made this tonight with Duke's mayo and minced Vadalia onion for out orange roughy sandwiches. This is really tasty and wonderful with the delicate fried fish

One Bowl Brownies

Most amazing brownies. I used Godiva dark chocolate finely choped and pecans rather than walnuts. Topped with a milk chocolate frosting made with Hershey bars and heavy cream. Outrageously good.

Broccoli and Stilton Soup

This is absolutely the best tasting broccoli soup I have ever eaten. The blue Stilton I bought from igourmet.com made this soup out of this world good.
