Key Lime Cheesecake I
This gets a 4 because of my changes only! Yum!! I made this 2 days ago for my daughter's 18th birthday. She loved it! I did take some others' advice and added a 4th block [8 oz] of cream cheese. That was a good idea! It was still very tart! Also, I reduced the key lime juice by 1/4 cup. I didn't have any graham cracker crumbs on hand, so I made the crust myself from flour, sugar, a stick of butter and 1 egg yolk. Thanks for the great recipe! :-D

Carol's Chicken Salad
I just made this an hour ago. My son loved it. [very picky eater] I used chicken leftover from last night's dinner. I changed things a bit [of course]. I omitted the celery [sorry--I don't like dental floss as a vegetable!! haha!!] I used pine nuts instead of water chestnuts because that's what I had on hand. My husband shredded the swiss and I liked it that way. Also, I didn't have any poultry seasoning, so I just used a dab of sage, thyme, and crushed rosemary. The only complaint I have [shich is why I gave it a 4] is that it's WAY too salty!!! I would cut the salt in 1/2, or cut it out completely. If you season your chicken when you cook it, I just don't think you need it! Other than that, it was very tasty! I'm sure I'll make it again. :)

Tiramisu Layer Cake
Tiramisu is my favorite dessert, so I couldn't wait to try this! I made this cake along with a lot of other desserts for a dessert party 2 weeks ago for a very picky audience--family! Everyone that tried it loved it. The only thing I would recommend is to increase the coffee/liquor amount, and also there was way more filling than necessary [coming from someone who usually doubles the filling &/or frosting recipes...]. I can't wait for a good reason to make this again!!
