Pumpkin Chiffon Pie

Reviewed: Nov. 8, 2011
This pie is SO light a fluffy! I've never much cared for regular pumpkin pie, it's too heavy after a big holiday meal, this pie is the perfect replacement! exact same flavor but more of a mousse consistency.

This is the Tastiest, Juiciest, Easiest Turkey EVER!!! The drippings make an amazing, flavorful gravy! Everyone was super impressed when I cooked it for thanksgiving.... This was the first turkey i've ever cooked!!!

Rich Chocolate Frosting

Reviewed: Nov. 1, 2011
Best. Icing. Ever. It's not sugar-shock sweet, and not greasy (no shortening!). It's a little bitter, like dark chocolate. Goes great on "David's Yellow Cake".

David's Yellow Cake

Reviewed: Oct. 26, 2011
I made cupcakes out of this. I froze them so I could send them individually in lunches and not worry about them drying out if we didn't eat them quickly. They were a little dry straight out of the oven, but after they were frozen and re-thawed they were AMAZING. Even my husband, who doesn't really like sweets, loved these! We'll be using this recipe again.

Cake Balls

Reviewed: Mar. 10, 2010
I did Carrot Cake/Cream Cheese Icing and covered them in the white almond bark. I tried white chocolate chips at first and these didn't do too well, almond bark is definately the way to go!
